My residence hall just started a 40 Day Biggest...
We’re going to be doing weekly weigh-ins and measurements and then talking about different healthy eating strategies and exercise plans. Overall, I think it’s gonna be pretty helpful, especially because I want to show progress every week. I never realized how generally unhealthy...
And I never realized how much my family goes to restaurants. Legitimately starting this diet is going to be harder than I thought because I’m stuck at home with my family for another month before I go back to school. When I’m away at school, I can be completely responsible for buying/making my own food and having my own eating schedule, but while I’m here, I’m kinda stuck...

After much research today, I’ve confirmed what I always assumed was true. I most definitely have a pear-shaped body.
I carry my weight mostly in my hips and thighs, along with the rest of my Italian family. I at least have several inches on them, so I could only imagine how much larger I would look if I were shorter.
